I know that Mondays are one of the hardest days of the week.
Your weekend went to fast, you did not rest at all and now you are at work. Work is slow, long, exhausting, and you HATE MONDAYS. Well, while all of this may be true… the way to cheer yourself up is to EXERCISE. I know I know most people are like well yeah…but my energy on a Monday is non-existent.
