Q: I forgot/don't know my username and password, what should I do?

A: You can retrieve your login information by using the e-mail address that you used for registration/enrollment. If you have security concerns about receiving this information via e-mail, you can call our Customer Service team at 1.800.294.1500 to get this information by phone.

A: The GlobalFit benefit is not offered to the general public. You are eligible for GlobalFit only if your Employer, Group or Insurance Provider offers you the GlobalFit benefit. To establish eligibility, you need to either login or register for certain website features.

Q: What if I am already a paying GlobalFit customer?

A: When you enrolled in a fitness club or any other program or filled out a Benefit Information Form through GlobalFit, you were automatically issued a username and password. This information can be e-mailed to you, or you can call our Customer Service team at 1.800.294.1500 to receive it by phone.

Q: I don't have a username or password, what should I do?

A: If you have already enrolled in a fitness club or any other program or filled out a Benefit Information Form through GlobalFit, you were automatically issued a username and password. Otherwise, you must register. After completing the registration process, you will automatically receive your username and password.

Q: Why does "Quick Registration" need my name, email, gender, etc.?

A: "Quick Registration" requires only the bare minimum of information needed to customize your GlobalFit.com experience. Also, certain fitness clubs are women-only or men-only, while others bar membership for the employees of specific companies.

Please note that GlobalFit will never sell or share your e-mail address with any 3rd parties. You can easily unsubscribe from GlobalFit's periodic educational and promotional e-mails.
