John L. Cassady
Founder
John Cassady founded GlobalFit in 1992 and is a member of the Board of Directors. John is responsible for managing the Company's relationships with its largest non-corporate sponsors. He also leads the development of new insurance and group sponsor relationships.
Prior to founding GlobalFit, John worked for President & First Lady fitness clubs (now Bally Total Fitness (NYSE: BTF)) in Houston and Dallas, TX. He also owned and operated several fitness clubs and served as an independent consultant for the club industry, specializing in sales growth and the development of local and national chains.
With more than two decades of industry experience under his belt – including having personally counseled over 500 club owners throughout the U.S. – John now stands among the nation’s foremost authorities on growth, trends, operations and corporate marketing in the Fitness Industry.
