Shannon M. Howley
Director of Human Resources
Shannon Howley oversees all human resources functions for GlobalFit, including employee relations, recruiting and retention programs, legal compliance and benefits administration, including GlobalFit’s internal wellness programs.
Before joining GlobalFit in 2005, Shannon served as the Human Resources Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, handling all affirmative action and diversity programs, employee relations and chairing their United Way campaign. She then moved on to Banyan Productions, where she developed the first Human resources department for the company.
Shannon graduated from Shippensburg University with a B.A. in Communications. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
