Shawn D. O’Byrne
Director of Operations

Shawn O’Byrne manages and directs GlobalFit’s Call Center, which includes the Customer Sales and Customer Service departments.

In 2006, Shawn joined GlobalFit with 12 years of experience in customer call center management, including a successful term as Customer Service Manager for Member Solutions. He immediately became the driving force behind dramatic improvements in service policies and customer satisfaction. With several key accomplishments in his first year, he was named GlobalFit Employee of the Year in 2007.

Shawn received his B.S. in Marketing from Temple University.
