Customer Sales Representative

Essential Functions:
 Call Center
  • Receives incoming calls from enrollment prospects
  • Makes outbound calls to enrollment prospects
  • Explains the GlobalFit program thoroughly and accurately
  • Informs enrollment prospects of all GlobalFit products and services
  • Assists enrollment prospects with choosing a suitable network health club
  • Informs non – qualifying prospects of available GlobalFit products and services
  • Cross sells and up-sells GlobalFit products and services
  • Quotes rates to enrollment prospects
  • Activates guest passes for enrollment prospects
  • Follows up with enrollment prospects who have guest passes via phone, email, fax and mail
  • Enrolls prospects into the network health club of their choice
  • Creates prospect profile into web- based database
  • Provides world class customer sales service to prospects


Expectations:
  • Meets or exceeds established call center phone metric goals
  • Meets or exceeds monthly enrollment goals
  • Meets or exceeds quality service scores on calls monitored
