CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Essential Functions:
Maintenance of member accounts
  • Maintains consistent professional and courteous decorum with all members
  • Assists with members' phone inquiries ( questions about memberships, freezes, transfers, billing and cancellation )
  • Accurately informs members of Globalfit policies
  • Responds timely to member inquires or requests via phone, email, fax or mail
  • Informs members of club closings and assists in relocating them to another network club
Basic Administration
  • Accurate and concise filing or scanning of all applicable member documentation
  • Processes, coordinates and mails new member packets
  • Adheres to monthly billing procedures
  • Sends new member and reactivated member updates daily directly to clubs
  • Accurate and timely entry of information into all support systems
Database Management
  • Manages member information in SQL database
  • Detailed notation of notes on members accounts
Collections
  • Follows up on monthly billing returns
  • Processes payments on delinquent account
Member Retention
  • Saves members who are looking to cancel
  • Places members into another network clubs when they are dissatisfied with present club
  • Transfers members from a closed club into another network club
Customer Sales
  • Explains Globalfit Program thoroughly and accurately
  • Quotes club rates and affiliation fees for membership
  • Informs non - qualifying prospects of available Globalfit products and services
  • Activates guest passes for enrollment prospects
  • Assists enrollment prospects with choosing a desirable network health club
  • Enrolls prospect into health club of their choice


Expectations:
  • Meets or exceeds established customer service phone metric goals
  • Meets or exceeds quality service scores on calls monitored
