| GlobalFit Founder Retires PHILADELPHIA, PA - June 19, 2007– GlobalFit, the nation’s leading provider of healthy living benefits, announced today that John Cassady, GlobalFit Founder, will retire from his daily duties at the GlobalFit offices. Cassady founded GlobalFit 15 years ago and was instrumental in building the company into one of the most sought-after employee benefits. “Although I am retiring from working at GlobalFit on a day-to-day basis, I will continue to serve on the GlobalFit Board of Directors,” Cassady said. “When I started GlobalFit, I had only planned to work with the company for ten years. Fifteen years later, the company is going through a rapid growth phase, and it’s time to let it grow on its own,” he added. Leading the company for the past year has been President and CEO, Frank Napolitano.
