Q. Who administers the programs?
A. Each Healthy Changes program is administered by trained health professionals from WellCall, Inc. These professionals act as health coaches providing you one-on-one support via phone, email and online messaging so you can learn to live a healthier life conveniently and confidentially.

Your health coach will create a personalized wellness plan as your guide to better health. To do this, they will:
· Ask you what you want to achieve
· Consider your situation and resources (including your company benefits package)
· Lay out a plan of action
· Motivate you and teach you to motivate yourself
· Follow up on your results

Think of your health coach as your cheerleader and your guru as you follow the path to a better You.


Q. Are the programs really effective?
A. Any lifestyle change depends upon your personal dedication to healthy living. But these programs are designed to give you the information and motivation you need to get past your personal obstacles.


Q. How much will my Healthy Changes program cost?
A. It’s surprisingly affordable! Through GlobalFit, the basic subscription rate for any 12-week program is $99.95.


Q. Can I do two Healthy Changes programs at the same time?
A. Yes. While we recommend that you tackle one health goal at a time, some programs complement each other well. For example, you may choose to subscribe to both WellWeight and EatWell in order to lose weight while learning healthy eating habits to help you maintain your new weight permanently. Or start walking with WellWalk while managing your chronic condition with WellCare. Whatever your health goals may be, our Healthy Changes partner can work with you to customize a program that fits your individual needs.

A. Choose your program and subscribe now, and within 24 hours your subscription will be ready for activation.


Q. I’ve subscribed to a Healthy Changes program. How do I activate my subscription?
A. It’s simple! All you have to do is call 800-970-1264 to activate your subscription.


Q. Will my information be kept confidential?
A. Absolutely. We value your privacy. First, know that GlobalFit will not have access to your confidential health information. In starting one of the Healthy Changes programs you will be working with our partner WellCall. WellCall is bound by and follows all rules and regulations outlined for Protected Health Information issued under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). This means that they will not share your information with anyone. Their server is secure, so online communication between you and your health coach is private and held in strict confidence.
