GO is GlobalFit’s exclusive online health and fitness newsletter. Each month, GO offers information and motivation to help busy working people fit healthier choices into their daily lives.

Each issue focuses on a particular theme or seasonal observance. Past issues have explored Heart Health, Immune Support and Strong Bones. We also feature special topics, like our “Community” issue to help make good health a priority for their social lives as well as their personal lives.

  • “Fitness 101” offers exercise instruction and tips from Molly Napolitano. With a master's degree in Exercise & Sports Science, Molly has over 20 years of experience in developing medically based fitness and rehabilitation programs.
  • “Nutrition 101” provides guidance on smart eating from acclaimed nutritionist Jyni Holland. A Registered Dietitian and the co–author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Weight Loss Tracker (Alpha, 2005), Jyni has a master’s degree in nutrition. Now in private practice, she counsels outpatients ranging from diabetics and the clinically obese to pregnant women.
  • “For Your Health” covers a range of topics to help working adults get in shape and stay in shape. Past articles have advised on smart eating during the holidays, fitness scheduling tips for parents, and how to recognize the symptoms of diabetes.
  • “Wellness Notes” offers clear and useful health tips based on current research, addressing topics such as cholesterol, vegetarianism and the often–ignored calories in popular beverages.
  • “Whip It Up” provides delicious recipes that are healthful and easy to prepare. Provided by EatingWell magazine, each recipe offers useful tips and detailed nutritional information.
