Administered by WellCall, Inc., a wellness solutions leader since 1997, HealthyStart puts each participating member on the phone or online with a trained health coach. Your members will enjoy customized solutions for healthier living all year long
HealthyStart includes:
Unlimited access* to health coaches for education, motivation and referrals for:
- Nutrition and weight management
- Smoking cessation
- Fitness and exercise
- Stress management
- Self–care of diagnosed conditions: high cholesterol, diabetes, back pain, etc.
- Pre– and postnatal care and menopause support
- Complementary care: chiropractic, yoga, acupuncture, massage, etc.
Unlimited access to the members–only section of www.wellcall.com for:
- Proprietary online tools — quizzes, journals, calculators and more — to support efforts toward smoking cessation, weight management and starting a walking program
- WellTips and other educational information
- WellChat instant messaging for private communications with a health coach
