For Lifestyle Membership, the one–time activation fee is usually $29.00; the initial payment may also include pro–rated membership dues depending upon the availability of applicable limited–time offers to further reduce the initial payment. Your company’s per–employee–per–month rate may vary based on the number of eligible employees and/or higher or lower per–employee credit amounts.
