What is GlobalFit’s Lowest Price Guarantee?

If a participating gym offers you a lower rate in writing than you can get through GlobalFit, and you follow the procedures below, we’ll beat their rate by 5% - guaranteed!*

Requirements for claiming GlobalFit’s Lowest-Price Guarantee (LPG):

  • You are eligible for GlobalFit through your employer, insurer, or group affiliation, and you must be registered online at www.globalfit.com.
  • You complete GlobalFit’s LPG Request Form within seven (7) days of either enrolling at or receiving a guest pass for a gym through GlobalFit, whichever occurs first.
  • You provide written proof of the gym’s rate in the form of either a current and authorized rate sheet, a valid price quotation on the fitness club’s letterhead, or similar documentation.
  • You submit your completed form via fax to 215-320-4111, via email at customerservices@globalfit.com, or via mail to GlobalFit Lowest-Price Guarantee, 1880 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 1910, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
  • The gym membership must be equal in all respects to a membership offered by GlobalFit, including access, amenities, and restrictions. All joining fees are excluded (Including activation, start-up, and enrollment fees). Senior rates, student rates, corporate and/or subsidized rates, and renewal rates for paid-in-full memberships are excluded. Please note that the gym may offer a type of membership directly to you that they do not make available through GlobalFit.
  • A valid claim will result in an LPG-discounted rate for up to one year. Future price increases may change your LPG-discounted rate.
  • If you have already paid membership dues to GlobalFit, a credit for the amount you have overpaid will be applied directly to your account and will be reflected as a reduction in your next bill.

* LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness are not participants in the Lowest Price Guarantee Program.
